“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout, you move from each of five stations after a minute of work. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athletes must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.
We are open today!
Our modified schedule is as follows: WODs at 7 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Tomorrow, Saturday, July 6, is “CrossFit for Hope.”
Regular WOD schedule, but we’re WODing with a purpose. Come enjoy a Fight Gone Bad-style workout. Before you do, see what CrossFit for Hope is all about.
Check out our amazing athletes who came in yesterday. They crushed a tough Hero WOD with smiling faces.
