Yes! You can place your membership on hold for a maximum of 90 days. The minimum for a hold is 14 days. No extra fees. Please use the form here.
Your membership is billed monthly on the day of the month that you originally signed up. If you’d like to move it to the 1st or 15th, please let us know.
CFER Dog Policy:
Please make sure your dog is clean before visiting the gym.
Please leave your dog at home if they are caked in dirt, soaked from rain or snow, smelly from the heat, etc.
Dog must have its NYC license tag and an up-to-date rabies vaccine tag visibly worn.
Dog must be free of any illnesses/pests/contagious diseases (cold, fleas, mange, etc.)
Dog must be behave during workouts/when unsupervised.
Dog must be socialized and play nicely with other dogs.
You are solely responsible for your dog when you bring it to the gym, no exceptions. This includes cleaning up after your dog, to include shedding and being responsible for any items they might damage.

We realize that NYC living can be unpredictable. However, please only select a commitment length that you know you can honor.
If you have purchased a month-to-month/zero commitment membership or special package (such as the Intro Special), you have the ability to cancel before your next billing date.

Our system is in place to make sure that all athletes have a fair chance at working out and receive the coaching they deserve.
-You’re spinning the wheel if you’re late, which means you’re probably doing some burpees.
-You can reserve sessions 48 hours in advance.
-You can cancel without penalty up to 30 minutes before a session on WODIFY.
-When you add your name to a session’s waitlist, you’ll be notified via email if a spot opens up.
-The spot is available on a first-come, first-served basis; you must reserve your spot in class.
