Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

30 minute scaled time cap
40 minute Rx time cap


TEAM: Subject to change.
I am altering the deal. Pray I don’t alter it any further.

Power:

1) 15 minutes to Work up to a 80% Snatch (establish a 1RM if feeling good)

2) 15 minutes to Work up to a 80% Clean (establish a 1RM if feeling good)

3) Bench Press

4) Jerk
