Why do you coach?
I started coaching CrossFit in 2018 after realizing how transformative the sport was for me. As a member, I loved learning new skills, getting stronger, and showing up for the daily challenge. That experience gave me confidence and purpose—and I wanted to help others feel that too. Coaching gives me the chance to pay it forward and be part of those moments when someone realizes they’re capable of more than they thought.

What do you love about coaching?
The best part is watching people grow—whether it’s someone getting their first pull-up, refining a lift, or just showing up consistently when life gets busy. I love connecting with members and supporting them on their journey. Every small win is a reminder of why I do this.
