2: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Minute 1: 200m Run

Minute 2: 10 Overhead Squats 95/65

Minute 3: MEx Double Unders

Score is total dubs.

If you don’t make the run or OH squats, score is zero for double unders, take a rest round.
