1: Back Squat (Establish 6RM. Drop sets @ 95/90%)
On a tabata clock complete the following work:
30 Burpee box jump overs 24/20
30 Ring Dips
30 Box Jumps
You may only work during the 20s intervals and you must rest during the 10s intervals.
