-Any combination of WOD, SweatRiver, Yoga… etc
-Multiple visits per day allowed
-Weekly top 10 leaderboard
-3, 2, 1… GO!


Strong/Technique:
3RM Hang Snatch – without letting go of barbell

Conditioning: 
5 Rounds for time:
10 C2B Pull-ups
20 KB Overhead Squats 53/35 (10L/10R, anyhow)
