– Today we have some heavier deadlift than 2 weeks ago.

– These can be performed as touch and go or hand release.

EMOM x 4 RNDs

m1: 10 Burpee Over Bar

m2: 5 Deadlift (70-75%)

m3: 10 C2B / Pull-ups / Bands
Athletes can work on heavier deadlifts under cardiovascular fatigue in this emom format.

– cap the pull-ups with :15s rest for burpees.
