Every 2:30 for 12:30 (5 rounds):

15 DBL Dumbbell Deadlifts

12 DBL Hang Power Cleans

9 DBL DB Shoulder to Overheads

x: 50/35

*Cap each round :2:00 on : :30 rest

*Score: Slowest Round
Feel – For most people this will be a grip and posterior chain based workout. Scale weights to make sure you finish each interval before the cap.
