10s Hold Dip Support (Parallettes or rings)

5 Dips (Parallettes or rings)

5 Ring Pull-ups / 10 Ring Rows

+: RMU
– Athletes can alternate strict pull-ups on bar with ring pull-ups.

– Athletes can also add and L sit to the Dip support if they are able to stabilize.
