1 Power Clean + 1 Squat Clean + 1 Jerk

*Increase load each set
Reset between the power clean and squat clean.

Run 800m Together

15 Shoulder to Overhead

50 Double Unders / 75 Singles

15 Hang Squat Cleans

15 Kip HSPU’s

S: 75/55

Rx: 95/65

*Bar stays up…must be held in the front rack position while the other partner is doing DUs and HSPU’s.
Athletes will share bars, BUT the bar must stay off the ground while the other is working.

Split the work evenly, switching every 5-8 reps.
