1 RM of Complex:

1 Deadlift

1 Hang Clean

1 Squat Clean

1 Shoulder to Overhead
Bar should start light so athletes can get a big chunk of reps in the first set.

Increae each round 10# – 20#s.

The 7min cap begins the moment Sat.1 ends.

Time is total time to complete workout AND complex.
