Can I skip out of Foundations; I’ve already done a Foundations/On Ramp/Beginners program at another box?
Possibly. When you come in for your first WOD, we’ll watch you move. Our coaches will look for safety and efficacy in your movement.
We will not be assessing how strong, mobile or fast you are. Rather we’ll be looking to see your level of familiarity with barbell lifts and basic gymnastic movements. If you’re experienced with fast barbell lifts, you’ll be fine.
If we determine that you need Foundations before joining the normal WODs, trust us that it’s in your best interest.
