C1. Dumbbell Fly (Flat Bench) – 10–15 reps

C2. Banded Fly (light tension, slow eccentric) – 15–20 reps

D1. Single Arm DB Row (bench supported) – 10–12 per side

D2. Banded Straight Arm Pulldown – 15–20 reps
